Measure your head circumference above the eyebrows using a flexible tape. Typical measurements range from 53 to 64 cm, with an average of 58 cm. If you plan to wear a balaclava, consider it when selecting your helmet size. Please refer to the official Arai size chart to ensure a perfect fit.
