The HKS Slide Cam Pulley for Mazda B6-ZE and BP-ZE engines is designed to provide precise camshaft timing adjustment for improved engine tuning and performance. Developed for popular platforms such as the Mazda MX-5 NA and NB, the pulley allows accurate valve timing adjustments to optimize power delivery across the rev range.
Manufactured from ultra-lightweight A2014 duralumin, the redesigned pulley reduces weight by approximately 7% compared to the previous model while maintaining excellent strength and durability. The gear section features nickel plating to increase surface hardness and improve resistance to wear and possible debris between the timing belt and gear.
Clear timing markings allow accurate adjustments, with each scale representing 2° of crankshaft angle. The pulley offers a wide adjustment range from -20° to +20°, with “A” (Advance) and “R” (Retard) markings engraved for easy and precise setup.
