The Motul Gear 300 75W-90 is a high-performance gear oil developed for manual gearboxes and transmissions operating under demanding conditions. Designed for competition use such as circuit racing, rally and raid, it is suitable for both synchronized and non-synchronized manual transmissions, gearboxes, differentials and transfer cases without limited-slip systems.

Its 75W-90 formulation is designed to provide high protection under heavy loads and shock loads while maintaining smooth operation across a wide range of operating conditions. Suitable for high-performance transmissions used both on the road and in competition.

Developed through extensive testing on race circuits and laboratory equipment capable of simulating oil temperatures up to 230°C, the oil maintains stable friction characteristics even under severe operating conditions. This results in smooth and predictable limited-slip differential engagement while significantly reducing chatter and plate judder, ensuring consistent handling and driver confidence throughout long track sessions.
