The HKS Super Fire Racing Plug Socket is specifically designed for spark plugs with a 16mm hex size, commonly found in modern performance engines. Many BMW engines use 16mm, 12-point spark plugs installed in very narrow plug wells, requiring a slim-profile socket for proper installation and removal.

This socket is fully compatible with HKS M-XL spark plugs (M12 thread, 26.5mm reach, ensuring safe and precise fitment without damaging the plug or cylinder head.

Due to the tight spark plug bore design on vehicles such as those equipped with BMW B-series engines, a conventional socket may not fit correctly.
